SHIPPING

We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible; we generally process orders within 1-3 business days, however due to large influxes of orders, processing can occasionally take 4-7 business days. USPS shipping times are provided at checkout.

House of Lilac Dreams is not responsible for orders once they are scanned as delivered by our carrier.

Any refunds made will include cost of products purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

U.S. Christmas order deadline is December 5, 2021. Orders made after 12/5 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

House of Lilac Dreams does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

As all products are made-to-order, House of Lilac Dreams is currently unable to process returns/exchanges. All items are final sale.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

All orders (including pre-order) are FINAL - we do not accept cancellations as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
